DIREcTOR's VISION
ADAM MENDOZA
I’ve seen stories like this portrayed on screen over and over again and I wanted to do something novel with LŪminĀria.
What if the impossible happened in a single flash — sudden, silent, and without any warning — and the world, instead of descending into chaos, immediately agreed on one calm, rational explanation? What if that explanation was a lie… and everyone chose to believe it anyway?  Luminaria is my attempt to explore those questions. My vision is to depict the events of a sobering  moment unfold exactly as it might in real life— just ordinary people, quietly trying to make sense of things while the official story hardens into accepted history.
